This is a 1928 estate that had decades of neglect. The exterior renovation included stucco repair, repainting, landscaping, new windows, replication of front doors, and custom wood shutters installed.

The renovation to the back of this home included removal of two previous additions, paint, windows, copper scupper boxes & downspouts, wrought iron railings, extensive landscaping, and a pool makeover including tile, paint, and salt water conversion.

This 1950's ranch was transformed with painted brick, new windows, new doors, updated lighting, stone walkways, landscaping, and the removal of a screened porch.

This large kitchen was taken down to the brick and concrete walls for a complete transformation.  The pantry was relocated and the cooking zone was put in it's place.

This large basement was updated with new flooring, paint, lighting, and full cherry kitchen.

This bedroom space was transformed into a convenient upstairs laundry room.

The first floor full bath was made into a half bath & mudroom space.  Perfect for everyday family use.

This grand entryway was transformed by restoring its original fixtures and finishes.

This adjacent bedroom was transformed into a full Mater Bath with space left over for a large walk-in closet.
